Every Way

“I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some” (1 Corinthians 9:22, NIV).

Our missions celebration last evening was a remarkable success. Our leadership team did an amazing job organizing our emphasis on missions and our theme of Every Way. The food, fellowship, missions themed decorations, the kid’s presentation, our celebration video, and our faith promise challenge by Paul Brannon and his wife Betty were all simply outstanding. Additionally, with the Lord’s blessing, our faith promise total for the year was a record (and that in the middle of a recession – thank God the recession does not belong to the body of Christ). Missions awareness was increased throughout the ministry, we celebrated what God is doing through the various missionary efforts we support, and the Lord increased substantially our capacity to fund external and internal missions operations. Praise the Lord! I invite everyone that could not be with us last evening to follow up on this tremendous opportunity to support world missions, U.S. missions, and HHC church planting efforts.

We live in an exciting day with amazing technology to literally get the gospel out on every available voice. I’ve always believed if Jesus was ministering today bodily he would take advantage of every available means to spread the gospel and make disciples including the internet, smart phones, radio, television, etc. Like Paul, it is in our hearts to reach everyone we can through every way, method, and means at our disposal. Individuals and families that make faith promises for missions become pivotal partners so that the local church can reach out in every way.

Once again, thanks for your partnership in the ministries and missions efforts of Hope Harbor Church. As the year goes by the significance of your involvement will become more and more apparent and many thousands will hear the gospel because of your giving.

There’s something on you…it’s the blessing.
